Split price: isolator included; uses a suitable existing dedicated circuit where present. If a new dedicated circuit is needed (we'll confirm from your photos): from $440 same visit. Roof mounts, long runs, multi-heads, ducted systems and other brands are quoted. Book before the first heatwave: installer diaries fill from November.

What our 'from' prices include and exclude
- All prices are in Australian dollars, include GST and are 'from' prices for a standard job: single-storey, roof-space access, timber-frame or cavity walls, normal cable runs, weekday business hours.
- Each price is complete: travel in our core area (Swan Valley, Ellenbrook, Bullsbrook and north-east Perth), testing and your Electrical Safety Certificate. No call-out fee and no hourly rate. Further out, any travel charge is quoted upfront.
- The first item is at its listed price. Each extra item on the same visit costs less (the 'each extra' price).
- You get a fixed price in writing before we start. If we find anything outside the standard job, we stop and give you a fixed price before carrying on.
- Quoted separately: double-brick or limestone walls, two-storey or no roof access, long runs, trenching, supply or switchboard upgrades, asbestos meter panels, Western Power fees and after-hours work.
- We supply what we fit, from named brands. Chargers and air cons need an equipment deposit when ordered. Payment on completion by card, PayID or bank transfer.
- Prices current from 13 October 2026 and may change.

Air con: common questions
What is a back-to-back install?
The indoor unit is on an outside wall with the outdoor unit directly behind it, so the pipe run is short (we include up to 3 m). Most Perth homes can do this. Longer runs are priced per metre.
Do I need a new circuit for my air con?
Not always. If there's a suitable existing dedicated circuit we use it, and the outdoor isolator is included in the split price. If a new dedicated circuit is needed, we'll confirm from your photos: it's from $440 on the same visit, so a 2.5 kW split is $2,129 installed with a new circuit. You get the total in writing before we start.
What size do I need?
Roughly 2.5 kW for a small bedroom, 3.5 kW for a large bedroom or study, 5 kW for a living area and 7 kW or more for open-plan spaces. Text us room sizes and photos for a firm recommendation.
